About Ray and Nancy

Ray and Nancy have been married for over 43 years. Together they conduct marriage intensives, are conference speakers, spiritual directors and co-lead a two year spiritual formation and spiritual direction program. They have co-authored a book titled From Fear to Love – Overcoming the Barriers to Healthy Relationships.

Ray is a licensed Clinical Professional Counselor for over 35 years. He has been an Executive and Senior Vice President in the retirement industry and a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. He is also a business consultant, corporate trainer and executive coach. Ray has developed an innovative online course for individuals, married couples, groups and licensed professionals desiring to receive Continuing Education Credits. The Living Drama Free course is made up of 35 cards and a workbook that is best described as a comprehensive communication and problem solving matrix designed to help individuals learn how to unlock from the dramas in their life leading to the opportunity of building healthy relationships.

Ray and Nancy are co-directors of the Grace Family Counseling center. Nancy is also a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and an Associate Professor at Moody Bible Institute for the last 26 years where she pioneered the Pre-Counseling program as well as developed a two year Christian Spiritual Formation Certificate program that in the last six years has graduated over 500 individuals. Nancy has recently authored a book titled Stages of the Soul – God’s invitation to Greater Love.

The “secret sauce” to Ray and Nancy’s relationships is their perseverance in life and their love for each other.
